The tests are conducted depending on the type of surgery and the patient’s age. Generally, if the patient is over forty and required, tests such as blood biometry, coagulation tests, biochemical profile (optional), electrocardiogram, and chest X-ray are performed. If the patient is under forty, a preoperative assessment is necessary. 

*For bariatric patients, ultrasounds and X-rays are required, as specified by the attending specialist.

Yes. The medical tourism agency (WMA) offers the service of certified professional interpreters for any language barrier. Additionally, the staff and healthcare professionals are bilingual.

Yes. A personalized itinerary is provided to the patient and their companions upon arrival in the city. In the case of reservations it is necessary to inform the advisor at least two or three weeks in advance for them to be made.

– Refund: A full refund is possible if the cancellation is made two weeks before the scheduled date for the intervention. If notice is not given within the specified time, a fee of ten to twenty percent of the total procedure amount applies.

– Date modification: The same policy as above applies as long as there are no prosthetics, unused materials, or previously paid implants. As a company, we will always seek customer satisfaction and address any cancellation or date change situation comprehensively.

– Cancellation: It is possible to cancel at any time considering the dates. The closer to the procedure date, it is feasible that non-refundable expenses may have been incurred, such as medical fees, operating room time, medical equipment, and medical materials.
